Get ready to move as Skank n Boogie bring their irresistible mix of soul, funk and reggae to the Samuel Worth Chapel for the very first time this December.

Following the success of their monthly residency at Sadaaca, this vibrant night has built a loyal following of music lovers and guest DJs from across the region. Expect floor-filling classics, rare grooves and feel-good vibes from a trio of seasoned selectors:

• DJ Algie Joseph – a legend on Sheffield’s soul scene, known for Gimme the Night events, Sunday soul radio sessions and Tramlines appearances.

• Dee Jay Ski (Rob Cotterell) – veteran of Sheffield Live with his Platinum Plates show.

• Richard “Dubhut” Smith – host of the Chapel’s much-loved reggae night A Little Way Different, now in its second year.

Together, they’ll take you on a journey through timeless tracks and hidden gems, blending smooth soul, deep funk and heavyweight reggae into one unforgettable night.

Dancing shoes are essential. Good vibes guaranteed.
