We’re thrilled to announce that Sheffield’s legendary JuJu Club is bringing its vibrant global sound to the atmospheric surroundings of the Samuel Worth Chapel for the very first time. Come ready to move, ready to listen, and ready for an unforgettable night in one of Sheffield’s most unique venues.

Founded in 1988, the JuJu Club has hosted hundreds of unforgettable nights in Sheffield, championing live world music, boundary-crossing DJs, and above all a warm, welcoming atmosphere where dancing is always encouraged.

Headlining the night is Captain Fitzroy, the latest project from Ricardo Lourinho, whose previous band Hot Diamond Aces earned a devoted following for their high-octane Afrobeat sets. This new five-piece outfit refuses to sit still – leaping between genres with bold energy and purpose. Expect potent basslines, biting lyricism, angular guitar riffs, and otherworldly jazz textures that swirl together into an irresistible, rhythm-heavy soundbath of cosmic proportions.

Spinning before and after the band, DJs Papa Al, Wahala, and Izza Dancer will keep the energy flowing with an eclectic mix of global beats, from Afro groove to Latin, reggae to desert funk.
