Nether Edge Festival: Barefoot & Fly
As part of this year’s Nether Edge Festival, kick off the weekend in style with an evening of uplifting live music from Barefoot & Fly, a Sheffield and Hope Valley–based band blending jazz-flavoured soul, funk, disco and rock.
Fronted by the powerful vocals of Sophie, and featuring a dynamic three-piece horn section, Barefoot & Fly bring infectious grooves, rich harmonies and an irresistible energy that’s guaranteed to get audiences moving. Performing a mix of soulful originals and reimagined favourites, the band’s sound is as smooth as it is spirited – the perfect antidote to the winter blues.
