Ecology Day – Learning & Fun

Join us to learn more about what slithers, flutters and crawls in the Cemetery.

Our volunteers and experts from SORBY will help you identify mini beasts and look at them under microscopes. Afterwards, you can have a go at building a giant bird’s nest or do some crafting at our pop up cafe in the Samuel Worth Chapel. Wear outdoor clothes (wellies are strongly advised).

All kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

On the big field – look out for our pop up gazebo!

Tickets – this is a ‘pay as you feel’ event.  Your donations will help us to continue to offer free and low cost events.

This is a fundraising event for Sheffield General Cemetery Trust and proceeds go to fund the charitable aims of the Trust.
