Blue John
‘In the glow of a headlamp, creeks of yellow lap against the inky surface of the stone. It’s familiar but feels like a discovery’.
Blue John take their name from the rare mineral mined near their hometown. With a shared love for the dreamlike melancholy of Ben Howard, Mogwai and Radiohead, they create earthy folk rock suspended in hazy textures and mellow vocals.

Auka
Inspired by the melodies and rhythms of the natural world, Auka perform genre-defying
original music on Irish flute & whistles, acoustic guitar and double bass. Autumn 2023 saw
the release of their second album, Wild Waters, a musical portrait of a river which ebbs and
flows from moments of delicate calm to those of frenetic energy.
