On Tuesday 26th May 2026, Sheffield General Cemetery turns 190, and we’re marking the occasion with a special long weekend of events celebrating its history, landscape and community.
Across the May Bank Holiday weekend and May Half Term, the Cemetery will come alive with a rich programme of tours, talks, performances and events. Here’s a taste of what’s planned:
