Join us for a Christmas Wreath making workshop at The Samuel Worth Chapel.

Tickets: £22 per adult – includes one wreath making hoop, foliage & traditional embellishments including dried oranges, cinnamon sticks, and pine cones and festive ribbon.

Enjoy hot and cold drinks and seasonal sweet treats from our reasonably priced cafe/bar and browse our bookshop for unique Christmas gifts.

Its usually takes about 2 hours to complete a wreath, but allow for 2.5 hours on-street parking time if you are coming by car.

Due to the nature of the event it is not suitable for under 18’s.

Please bring gardening gloves and a pair of secateurs and any additional embellishments you may wish to add on such as fairy lights and a large bags to carry home your wreath.

If you have a young baby (under 6 months) and wish to come – you may bring one helper at no charge. But if the helper also wants to make a wreath they need to buy a ticket. Due to the nature of this event it is not suitable for babies of crawling age or toddlers.

FAQs & Terms

Bring gardening gloves/secateurs as we will be using holly and other prickly foliage.

We provide all foliage, pine cones, ribbon and wire and wreath making hoops – but if you want to add your own personal details such as battery operated Christmas lights, baubles or decorative birds, bring them along.

Bring a large bag or bin bag to carry your wreath home.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to bring your ticket – we shall have your name on a list and you can be checked in when you arrive.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
On street paid parking (up to 2 hours) on and around Cemetery Avenue close to the Gatehouse entrance. Nearest bus stops are on Ecclesall Road – Collegiate Crescent stop.
